Giant Cell Reparative Granuloma of the Maxilla

Abstract

A 12-year-old girl presented with a swelling on her right cheek and was diagnosed with giant cell reparative granuloma of the maxilla, which was found to be unresectable. She was offered low-dose radiotherapy and chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and prednisolone. A significant objective and subjective response was achieved.
